We're building our portfolio and testimonials for 2026. In exchange for a free website, we ask for an honest review and permission to feature your site in our portfolio. It's a win-win!

No hidden costs for the website build. The only ongoing cost is the Hosting Plan, which covers hosting, security, maintenance, SSL certificates, and free minor content updates for just £27.99 pcm. The initial design and development are completely free.

There's no catch. In order to get your website built for free, we ask that you provide any text/photos you want to include on your website within 7 days of our request, respond to communications promptly, and provide a testimonial on completion.

Simple. Our ZDT brand is new (although we've been building websites for other brands for many years) and we're doing this to build our portfolio, gain testimonials, recommendations and create case studies to showcase our work. We want to demonstrate the quality of our services and build trust with potential clients. We're confident that once you see the quality of our work, you'll want to continue working with us for ongoing maintenance, additional pages, or future projects.

Additional pages can be added at our standard rate of £50 per page. More advanced features are also available at competitive rates.

We provide continuous website support all the time you are hosted with us. This includes security updates, performance monitoring, and minor content changes to ensure your website remains up-to-date and secure.

You are free to cancel at any time, after which point your website will no longer be displayed. Because the website is built on and managed through ZDT's infrastructure (similar to how Shopify or Squarespace works), it cannot be moved to another host without a rebuild. If you'd like to take the website files with you, a one-off export fee of £499 applies — still a fraction of what a new build would cost. Your domain name is always yours and can be transferred away at any time for a £25 transfer fee.

You own the domain name and all your content outright. The website itself is delivered as a fully managed service — it lives on ZDT's infrastructure and is maintained by us. This is what allows us to offer free updates and support. If you ever want to leave and take the site files with you, a £499 export fee applies after your minimum term.

All changes to the website after completion can be made by us at your request. We offer ongoing maintenance and update services at competitive rates to keep your website fresh and up-to-date. Plus, we offer an annual checkup service where we can review your website, update any necessary components, and ensure everything is running smoothly. We aim to make any small changes for free under the terms of our hosting and maintenance agreement. Alternatively, more extensive changes can be made at any time by us at your request for a small fee.
